ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH All missions take time to prep. Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking notification the moment your cargo leaves the launchpad.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES We partner with The Courier Guy and Pudo to get your gear safely across the galaxy.

• Pudo Locker Delivery (Nationwide): 1–4 Business Days. (Affordable and convenient. We will send your parcel to the locker nearest to your shipping address).
• Premium Door-to-Door (Cape Town & Surrounds): 1–2 Business Days via The Courier Guy.
• Premium Door-to-Door (Nationwide): 3–5 Business Days to all major centers.
• Tracking details will be emailed to you the moment your cargo leaves the launchpad.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES We stand by the quality of our gear and our treats. Because our inventory spans both streetwear and consumable goods, our return protocols are strictly categorised below:

1. Apparel & Gear (Free Returns) If the fit isn't exactly how you want it, we’ve got you covered. We offer 100% free returns and exchanges on all apparel within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Simply contact our support comms at dopestplanet@gmail.com to initiate your free return, and we will send a collection waybill for the courier.

2. The Bakery (Edibles) For strict health, safety, and hygiene compliance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any consumable items. All sales on Bakery items are final.

• However, if your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please snap a photo and email us within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately issue a replacement or refund to make it right.
